  • Lots 11 to 14 of the first stage and 4 of stage 2, ideal for families with children.

  • Hidden water and electricity services.

  • Wide pedestrian sidewalks.

  • Vehicular circulation with access and return roundabouts.

  • Individual drinking water and electricity consumption meters.

  • South-North orientation to take advantage of sunlight and natural ventilation.

  • Misaligned lot sizes and locations to privilege privacy.

  • 220W power supply to install electrical equipment and devices.

  • Installations of all types of Gas or use of fossil fuels are omitted.

  • Same land use in both stages.

  • Lots from 162 to 346 M2.

  • Construction restriction of 1M2 between each lot for green areas.

Gradually the development amenities will be built.
